We want you to love your handmade accessories. If something isn't right, here is how we can help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation email, which will include the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us via a trackable mailing service.

Please note: We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our return conditions.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
